WHAT IS THE FUTURE OF MALE LEADERSHIP?
This is how our quest began: Male leadership is in a state of crisis. The old guard is dead. But what does new male leadership look like? We have 40 and 50 year old men stepping into executive positions with no guidance, no direction and no role models. Who do they look to for advice? Who do they learn from?
No one is talking about this. We need to urgently start the conversation. This is an invitation to be curious. And it's not a conversation in a vacuum. All genders and cultures should join the discussion.
…The two online sessions that followed were an opportunity to begin to explore what the deeper questions might be and how to frame the question beyond gender and male-dominated hero’s narrative. We realised we need to address and challenge the notion of leadership itself...
To explore new ways of leading that integrate the feminine and the masculine qualities. That build on the ability to convene and hold space for, and in, complexity. The need and desire to co-create a new journey of exploration for what leadership allyship might be.

After 20 years as a lawyer, Bodhi sold his legal practice in 2000 to pursue his passion for supporting business owners to realise their full potential. As a coach and a facilitator Bodhi has worked with organisations around the world and knows what drives human behavior and also what limitations there are in leadership which prevent organisations from achieving their outcomes. Having trained with world-renowned leaders in leadership development, systemic work, vertical development and coaching, Bodhi knows that leadership comes from the inside, out. He provides fundamental tools for leaders with day-to-day practical application. Whilst based on the East Coast of Australia with his wife of over 40 years, Bodhi is sought after in many countries and travels regularly to the UK, Europe, North America and Canada. He is passionate about Masculine and Feminine Energies and how the power of these can influence and enhance leadership for all genders - which he wrote about as a best-selling co-author of the book, ‘Visionary Male Leaders’.
